FAQ :

  1. Q: Whats the schedule for this thing? A:
    • Saturday short track race: 4:00pm
    • Saturday kid's race: 5:00pm
    • Saturday time trial: dusk
    • Sunday XC main event: 10:30am
    • Awards ceremony: 1:30pm
    • Onsite registration for each race ends one hour before the race start time
  2. Q: Can I camp? Is it included in the registration fee? A: Yes, if you register for "All Weekend" you will have space at one of the Payne's Creek campsites to set up a tent for Saturday night.
  3. Q: Do I need a UCI license to register and race? A: No!
  4. Q: Can I race if I am from another state besides Georgia? A: Yes, of course! The championship jerseys, however, will be awarded to the first GA resident in each category. Out-of-state racers are elligible for the all of the remaining prizes swag, and southern hospitality that we will unreliably offer up.
  5. Q: I have gears. Can I race? A: Yes, of course, but you have to lock out your derailleurs.
  6. Q: What are the trails like? How long will the race be? A: You'll just have to come out and see for yourself! Trails are open to the public if you want to ceck them out before the race.
  7. Q: Will there be food/beverage available during the race? A: Food and beverage will be available for sale onsite but you are allowed and encouraged to bring supplies for consumption.
  8. Q: How does racing on Saturday affect my placement in the standings on Sunday? A: Results in the Saturday and Sunday races are independent. However, placement and participation on Saturday will detrmine your start position in the race on Sunday. Prizes will be awarded for all races and other incentives for full weekend participation may materialize.
  9. Q: Why do I have so many questions? A: Because you might have OCD. Just come on down and bring your A game!
